Having a homeowners warranty can save you a lot of money but understanding the process can be a little difficult. At Master Plumbing of Tennessee, we're here to help!
So how does this work? First step is to contact your warranty company. We have partnered with the homeowners warranty companies below. Click the logo to be directed to their login page.
When filing your claim with the warranty company, you may be able to request that Master Plumbing of Tennessee be sent out first. Once your claim has been filed, they will contact us with the details. We will then contact you to set up a day and time for one of our technicians to come to your property. From there we will contact your warranty company with a quote and let them know what work needs to be done.
Now here's the tricky part, it is up to your warranty company to either approve or deny the work order. If it is approved, our office will again contact you to set up a day and time to get the work done.
Understand that we are not part of the warranty companies but are contracted and approved to do work for them. We know it can be frustrating sometimes but have no fear!!!
